Watermark Constructions have a dedicated and highly professional disaster response team that have experienced and worked alongside its fellow Queenslanders through the worst Mother Nature can provide. We have worked tirelessly through Queensland’s worst disasters to ensure we minimise the disadvantage for the client and to help rebuild the surrounding communities.

The Watermark Constructions Emergency Response Team is able to uplift with short notice to any catastrophe in Queensland and expand its capabilities as volume and event size and extent dictates.

Watermark believe that honest, open and timely communication with both the insured and the Insurer whilst keeping them up to date on every stage of the claim life allowing us to exceed the expectations of the client.

After Hours Make-Safe Capability

In addition to our capability to respond to Events, we offer a 24/7 365 days a year Make Safe response and have conducted Thousands of make-safes throughout Queensland. Some of our recent make safe achievements have been;

  • Cyclone Oswald; 450 from Cairns to Brisbane.
  • Brisbane Hailstorm; 300 completed in four days.
