Co-owners Andrew Hohns and John Robertson set about the re-design of what was the Moolooaba Yacht Club and in 2018 appointed Watermark Constructions as their Builder.

Pier 33 Mooloolaba presented as an extensive renovation project for the commercial projects team at Watermark Constructions. The 60 year-old structure was fraught with unknowns however the team collaborated with the owners and designers to produce an exquisite Hamptons inspired outcome that both showcases the original structure and emulates a level of workmanship that enhances the completed spaces.
Including 3 large function spaces, a 200-seat dining area, alfresco dining and expansive lawned area as well as kitchen, office cold room and toilet facilities.
