Leading our Commercial Division since 2021, Victoria carries over 26 years of construction industry experience, at the big end of town. With several portfolios covered, such as Retail, Property Insurance, Commercial and Residential, and Corporate Real Estate, Victoria’s calibre speaks for itself.

Perhaps the most memorable project to date for Victoria, would be her role on the Sydney2000 Olympics & Paralympics, Coordination Authority. Victoria’s business savvy nature, enthusiasm, dedication to long hours and sleepless nights, earnt her the International Olympic Committee (IOC) – Certificate of Olympic Merit, acknowledging her contribution to the games.

Victoria’s desire to immerse herself within such a values-based organisation, as Watermark Constructions, was driven by her impressions of Hew Williams, Managing Director from as early as 2018.

Victoria talks of that time, working shoulder to shoulder with Hew on a project for which Victoria represented the client - “Something I will always remember about Hew from that time, was his sense of integrity and openness in all his dealings with me. It is not every day you meet a person in Hew’s position, who genuinely cares about his people, and is so passionate about the outcomes they produce.’

Reuniting with Hew in early 2021, the offer to join and lead the commercial division of Watermark Constructions, was the most natural and heart-led decision of her impressive career.
