Watermark Constructions has successfully repaired over 62,000 properties for multiple Insurance Companies since we began in 2000.
We continue to work with our insurer partners and clients closely though the life of the claim to enhance all outcomes with a vision that even the smallest changes and efficiencies, can make a large difference in the claim outcome for the Client, the builder and occupant combined.
Watermark Constructions understand that in times of catastrophe, the Customer is our priority.
We have extensive repair knowledge, traversing the impacts of natural disasters coupled with an impressive trade resume. We are agile and adept at managing everyday damage claims (BAU) along with those presented by catastrophe. Our capacity to deploy resources on short notice, to any location in Queensland, has seen us imbedded in a vast array of communities effected by cyclone, flood and hail, supporting home and business owners through recovery.
In addition to our capability to respond to events, we offer a 24/7/365 Make Safe response, having conducted thousands of these, minimising and mitigating the risk of additional damages, whilst securing the safety of the property owners and their loved ones.
We pride ourselves on our customer care principles and understanding of the toll it can take on an individual, a business and a family when their property is undergoing repair. We build relationships of relevance with every insured and work to impart a feeling of being 'our only customer'.
We allocate a project administrator, a project manager and a site supervisor to each claim. This team is the insured’s direct contact throughout the life of the repairs. This experience allows the insured and our team to build an ongoing relationship, gain insight to the claim and a tight knit internal team to quickly undertake what is necessary and solve any issue promptly, as it arises.
We have a broad team, including men and women from diverse backgrounds with the empathy and experience to support our vulnerable or sensitive customers, with particular focus on those escaping from or experiencing domestic violence. We treat people the way we would wish to be treated, without exception.
